A MEMBERSHIP THAT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO ALL THAT OAKWOOD HAS TO OFFER
An Oakwood Membership provides you and your horse with daytime access to all of our facilities, including arenas, cross country course, wash bays, tie ups, and day yards.
As a member, you are welcome to visit as often as you like, enjoy the facilities and relax with a coffee or tea after your ride.
We offer different types of membership and hope there is one to suit you.

AVAILABLE MEMBERSHIPS
FULL
Available to an individual adult rider (over 18 yrs).
Provides access to all Oakwood facilities and invitations to events.
Includes full voting rights.
Includes eligibility for member to be elected to the Committee of Management.

FAMILY
Available to an individual adult rider (over 18 years), partner and children (under 18 years) of a family.
Provides access for family to all Oakwood facilities and invitations to events.
Includes full voting rights for the primary member only.
Eligibility for primary member for election to the Committee of Management.
​
STUDENT / AGISTEE
Available to full time students (aged 18 - 25 years) with student card, and to current Oakwood agistees.
Provides access to all Oakwood facilities and invitations to events.
Includes full voting rights.
Includes eligibility for member to be elected to the Committee of Management.
​
JUNIOR
Available to children under the age of 18 years.
Provides access to all Oakwood facilities (under supervision) and invitations to events.
Does not include voting rights.
Does not include eligibility for member to be elected to the Committee of Management.

NON-RIDING
Available to non riding adults (over 18 yrs) who would like to enjoy Oakwood's surrounds, to spectate at events and become involved in social events.
Includes full voting rights.
Includes eligibility for member to be elected to the Committee of Management

HOW TO BECOME AN OAKWOOD MEMBER
1. It is a requirement for all applications to be proposed and seconded by a current financial member.
2. Submit the completed membership application form to Oakwood Riding School.
3. Your application will be considered and voted (by secret ballot) by the Oakwood Committee of Management.
4. The Committee of Management will advise their decision in writing. The Committee of Management's decision is final.
